fantastic necklaces from Tom Binns and I couldn’t resist to make similar one. New
season full of neon, pastels and shiny diamonds is coming! Time to prepare with
special necklace!!!
You need:
- sparkly necklace
- nail polish (as many as you want)
- nail polish remover
- eyeliner - brush
- cotton pads
- ear buds
For the big stones use nail polish brush
For smaller gems use eyeliner brush
If you are not sure which color will mach better make few spots
and the last touch

You can always remove colors using nail polish remover (thats why cotton pad, ear buds) and create totally different necklace.
