Spring DIY - opal bacelet


It's time to say goodbye... to blogspot! But also HELLO to new MARIAJUSTDOIT.COM Check what's goin on there...

Spring is in the air! Time to add some fresh and simple jewellery to outfit. Idea? Opal bracelet! It’s easy to make and perfect for everyday and special occasions. Let’s do it!





You need:

  • pink cotton string
  • 16 opal beads (8 mm)
  • 2 flat silver beads
  • silver feather charm









 Thread 4 beads and add flat silver, then another 8 opals and silver one.


 Both endings should have about 12 cm long.





  Finish endings with knots.



Make sliding square knot closure fallowing the instructions.







Thaaaa daaa! Bracelet is ready!!!!

Like a star - DIY collar

White shirt and shining stars are perfect combination that’s why I decide to transform shirt with touch of glam. It's easy and perfect for every occasion. 



 You need:

  • scissors
  • white thread
  • gold DMC thread
  • needle
  • silver, gold and blue stars from haberdashery


 Sew each star separate. From back to front of collar.



If You want to ad more bling bling to Your shirt just sew buttons with DMC gold thread.




and the shirt is ready. Now You see how easy is that.

Spring DIY neon necklace






I saw this fantastic necklaces from Tom Binns and I couldn’t resist to make similar one. New season full of neon, pastels and shiny diamonds is coming! Time to prepare with special necklace!!!

You need:

  • sparkly necklace
  • nail polish (as many as you want)
  • nail polish remover
  • eyeliner - brush
  • cotton pads
  • ear buds

 and fallow your imagination ! 





For the big stones use nail polish brush


For smaller gems use eyeliner brush


If you are not sure which color will mach better make few spots


and the last touch


Thhadaaa... 


Perfect for denim shirt...

and classic white t-shirt

You can always remove colors using nail polish remover (thats why cotton pad, ear buds) and create totally different necklace.
